A Journey of Leadership, Integrity, and Faith
A Journey of Leadership, Integrity, and FaithThroughout my life, I have been shaped by the values that guide me: leadership, integrity, empathy, growth, independence, faith, and respect. From my early career days to my current role as a senior analyst in manufacturing excellence at Boeing, I’ve strived to live out these values in every aspect of my work and personal life.
Leadership has always been at the forefront of my journey, whether it's managing teams or guiding individuals as a Maxwell-certified leadership coach. I’ve learned that true leadership isn’t just about taking charge—it’s about empowering others, listening, and facilitating growth. This is reflected in my work, especially in my current focus on performance improvement and collaboration with technicians on the factory floor.
Integrity and faith have been my anchors. As a member of the Coptic Orthodox Church, I draw strength from my relationship with God and the teachings of the Bible, particularly from the NKJV, which inspires me to be a better person in every role I undertake—whether as a husband, a leader, or a mentor.
But life has not been without its challenges. I’ve faced moments where I’ve trusted too quickly, only to learn the importance of discernment. I’ve also confronted my fear of being misunderstood, a fear that has encouraged me to slow down, take my time, and build meaningful connections at the right pace.
In my personal life, I’m blessed with my wife, Mariam (Rouby), who has been a constant source of love and strength. Together, we navigate life’s ups and downs, always anchored in our shared values.
Looking back, I can confidently say that I am proud of the man I’ve become. I’ve found joy in both solitude and community, and I continue to seek growth, both professionally and personally. My journey is ongoing, and I embrace the future with faith and optimism.
